Beautiful until opened.
The entire inner workings of this clock were in pieces. The backing that covers the cogs was broken, and pieces of plastic and metal floated around; the battery could not stay in place because it's area was cracked. No paperwork was included. The clock was extremely beautiful, and I was so disappointed. I already filed a return and am looking elsewhere.
