Perfect for the X100F
Great, very well engineered product. Has added significant stability to handling the camera, and the quality of the product is just beyond reproach. The grip comes in a very nice box that looks like it was made for jewelry, with the grip beautifully presented inside. The grip fits perfectly into the flash slot, with no give whatsoever, and it won't come loose easily. The hinge allows easy access to the rear dial control. It is very pricey, but it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Outstanding - a must have for the Fuji X100F
The Lensmate Thumb Grip for the Fuji X100F is simply outstanding - the improvement in ergonomics and grip-ability is like the difference between night and day. Once you have one of these little gems mounted on your X100F you will never want to go back to shooting without it.Some reviewers have complained about the price of $60 but in my view, the price is well within reason considering the level of craftsmanship and the excellence of design of the thumb grip. Thumbs Up makes a similar thumb grip for the Leica M240 camera which sells for $135 in aluminum and $225 in titanium. when you consider those prices, the price of the Lensmate Thumb Grip is an excellent deal.At $60, the Lensmate is a steal and is well worth the cost given the huge improvement in grip-ability and ergonomics that it brings to the X100F.

Well made and a useful feature
This is a great, small-form attachment for my X100 series camera with a fold back feature that gives you access to the rear command dial without having to remove the unit from the hot shoe. Well made and apparently durable it fits snugly in the shoe so I don't worry that it will slip out and the ability to fold back the tip to gain access to the rear dial is very handy. Nothing to complain about really. The small form factor improves your grip without appreciably increasing the size of the camera. Very nice if you are really interested in preserving the small form factor for street or travel.

Everything you want and need it to be
Better than I had hoped it would be. As others have stated here, it is pricey. This is one of the times where you get what you pay for (sometimes you get what you pay for, but you'll never get what you *don't* pay for). There is no slop in the fitment within the hot shoe, and I've never had it come loose or slide out. The little rubber teeth that grip the shoe of the camera keep it firmly in place, but also don't require a tool for removal. The two-step hinge (half angle, then almost full 90-degree angle) are well-thought designs to get to the rear thumb wheel, and then to the ISO/shutter-speed dial. The finish is high quality, and the black one matches the shade and semi-gloss of the Fuji x100F's black finish perfectly. The thumb grip itself really helps balance the camera in your hands, as the previous iterations did for the previous x100 series cameras. Lensmate does a great job and makes a fantastic product here.If anything happened to this one, I would get another without hesitation.

Get a GRIP!
Well made, fits and looks appropriate, and does provide extra purchase as intended. The flip-out function is OK - it's probably more 'neat' than it is essential: ostensibly this grip allows more confident one-handed use, but you not only lose that advantage at the point of flipping it back (one-handed), you lose some/all of the thumb-side grip. I personally find this slightly precarious, and so I usually avoid one-handing it if I need the grip out of the way to reach something. But most of the function (IMO) is to serve as added grip, and it does that and does it very well. It's a very nice looking grip and I'd buy it again. An aside: I also have the same (type) model for the X-Pro2, and b/c of lens heft and size, I usually/always use two hands when shooting, and so with that body I find no disadvantage to the folding/swing-out arm. I'll mention, the X-Pro2 version has a bit more 'click' and feedback at it's detent positions than dos the X100f version. Lensmate was especially helpful replacing a copy that had little-no feedback at these positions, and the replacement was better (just not as clicky obvious as the X-Pro2 version).

Expensive, but truly worth it if you value your X100F's minimalism.
The X100F is meant to be a small camera, so I was looking for ways to make it easier to hold without increasing its bulk and weight through grips (JB's) or leather half-cases. This thumb grip is quite expensive (and perhaps overpriced) but boy does it work very nicely. If you are willing to overlook the price, you'll find that this grip greatly enhances your handling of the camera. I recommend pairing it with a wrist strap (I use Gordy's).

Perfect accessory to make X100F more ergonomic
While I do think this thumb grip is overpriced for what it is, it does its job in making my Fujifilm X100F more ergonomic to use. It also protects the camera's hot shoe, which is a nice bonus. I like that the grip folds inward so that you can still access the button/dial underneath. There are rubber pads on the grip, one for your thumb and another to protect the part of the camera that the handle touches. Compared to other options on the market, I highly recommend the Lensmate Thumb Grip.

not impressed
pros:- people will know you have $60 to set on fire if they see this on your camera- it has a nice rubber thing on it to protect your hotshoe terminalscons:- uncomfortable (worse than no thumb grip at all at most angles)- in the way- $40-50 over priced
