POOR DESIGN
The shelf itself is made well, and I like how it folds down but when you use the hardware that comes with it and you mount it to the side of a standard skirt it sags!! So bad a cup will slide off. The screws are so small and short it does not go through the spa skirt and you can't get the screws tight they just spin they don't "bite" into the skirt. I had to get nuts, bolts, and washers and drill through the skit to keep it tight enough. They should make a bracket for the back side so it is more secure.
