good product
phone is great. entry level to mid-range phone with moderate features. dual sim and able to make calls and browse internet on both networks in my country (Flow and Digicel). headphone and sd card card okay. doesn't have a lot of operational glitches.just don't get the latest update (released april 26, 2024). if you got it already, don't restart your phone as there is a bug that affects that specific model. phone may likely black out and then you can only hope that the phone technician will be able to repair it.

Top of the line at budget price
Bought this for my sis' birthday. She loves it. Everything she could ask for. Most importantly, dual sim and budget doesn't break the bank. Generous storage space. Gorgeous bright screen and flies in all tasks. Bought one for mom too. Great buy. Would buy again. Prompt delivery as usual.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE in the USA
Bought this on June 4th 2023. Water got into the phone which was my fault, but Samsung cannot repair it because it is an "International" Model which is not repairable anywhere in the USA according the Samsung authorized repair center I took it to. Now its worthless. Seller mentioned on the listing that it was "International" which to me, suggests that it will work abroad. No mention not being repairable here in the US. Now I am out all the money I paid for it. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER> Scam

Two dead in a row
Bought a first A23 for my wife, and it died within weeks. Fortunately it was within the warranty so it was replaced with an identical model. The new one lasted just over a year an went dead. Repairer says it is a problem with the motherboard.I expected better quality from Samsung but twice in a row is a bit much. The model is no longer available, but if it is don't buy it. Look for something better.
