I bought a couple of these to start making sourdough bread, and overall, I'm pretty pleased. My only complaint is that the gaps between the coils are somewhat large. So, at first, you use quite a bit of flour to get it not to stick (if you aren't using a liner). Overall, I can't complain about the price to quality relationship. I've used them and gotten better at getting a consistent boule out of them.

This is my second week of learning to bake.I used this banetton for 1 and 2-pound loaves, and both turned out to my satisfaction.The liner was easy to cover with potato starch and AP flour; I had no rice flour on hand.There are no nails protruding inside the basket as my oval basket had from a different brand.I'll choose this product in different size and shape for future use.

This is a great basket to make sourdough bread. You have to cure it with flour first. It gives the bread a nice round shape while the dough rests. Everybody who is interested in making bread (without a bread machine) needs one of these.

Great bannetons! These arrived on time and were just what I was looking for. The linen liner is well made and the cane basket is smooth and well made. Great banneton for a great price.

The inside was uneven and unfinished. The cover had a small hole in the bottom. Tried to reach this vendor without success.

So important to sourdough is the proofing basket! Quick service, love the liner. Quick service beautiful basket and liner. Can't wait to bake!

This was a great proofing basket at a great cost. Plenty sturdy for a large loaf, gave great rings, and once seasoned with flour, nothing stuck.

Absolutely love this, I purchased for my husband, who does all the baking. He is in love, probably will be getting other sizes now
