Go into it with the proper expectations and desires.
Before purchasing this produce I watched the videos, read the reviews, and also read the how to’s and tip’s and trick’s to using Miracle Balm. I am 42 and have never worn that much makeup. As I’m getting older I’m finding that I need to add a little bit of color to my skin to give it that healthy look I was used to in my 20’s and even 30’s. Miracle Balm came across my newsfeed on FB and I really liked the fact that it was an all in one. Eyes, lip, and cheek, etc… I took the quiz on their website and it came back Dusty Rose, which is beautiful btw! ♥️ It’s like a rosy bronzer. I love it on my fair skin. So, I ordered it and received it in the mail less than a week later. I followed Bobbi Browns instructions and really dug into the surface to pop the seal, used my finger tips to dig up a bit of the substance, rubbed it between my fingers to warm it and then dabbed it onto my cheek bones and around my forehead line. I started off using a little bit because she recommended starting off small and gradually adding if you want more color. So an hour later in added more repeating the same process. This time I followed up by using a blush brush to lightly blend the edges. I absolutely love this product!!! I plan to get other shades. Probably Pinched Cheeks, Flushed, or Golden Hour. Maybe all of them! I also text like 3 friends about it already. ♥️

Disappointed
This products was a disappointment. It looks creamy in the ad but it is hard. It does feel ok on my skin and ads a bit of color but I expected it to be a bit easy to go on. It gives glow but my face felt sticky. I threw it away.Just wasn't what I was expecting.

Natural glow
I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect glow maker product for some years now. I have great skin but as the years march on that glow has diminished somewhat. Most of the glow making makeup I have tried basically settles in my wrinkles and magnified my facial lines. Normally I stay away from powders but Fenty Beauty has a powder called Diamond Bomb “How Many Carats!”, which if used very sparingly gives a sparkly glow which is dressy fun, but I wanted something for everyday wear. I saw a commercial which had Bobby Brown applying this Dusty Rose on a woman and it really brought out the glow on her cheeks and forehead! Here I go taking that walk on the wild side again…. Aannnd bought it. I tried it alone without any makeup on, with liquid foundation and no other blush on, and then with foundation and blush topped with the Dusty Rose. The latter worked the best to get the natural “lit from within “ glow. No billboard showing my wrinkles either. Yay! Someone complained about their hair sticking to their face, and when I first put it on ever so often that might happen but then the Dusty Rose seems to settle quickly and then I’m just charmingly glowing away LOL! I love this stuff cause it’s easy to apply and it’s pretty fail safe for people who may have a tendency to overdo things when applying their makeup. I love it!

You have to really dig into the product to get results. Literally.
I have increased by review by 1 star, because I finally figured out how to get this stuff to work. You can't just glide your finger over it, you can't just "break the seal", you can't just use a light layer on your finger. There's a reason they keep showing that video of the finger plunging down into the product, messing it all up. It's because you need a gloop of this stuff on your finger to work. A light layer will not do it, you need the guts of this product on your face. And it's going to feel like you're messing up your nice pretty pot of glow, but you have to do it. Once I figured this out, I got the nice glow/rosiness I'd been looking for.Now to address the greasiness. Yes, this stuff has a greasy feel. I covered mine with a light dusting of transulcent setting powder, and that tacky feeling is gone. I have combination skin, and so far this has not aggravated it, probably b/c I'm applying it to cheekbones, areas where I don't normally get greasy. So if it's not working for you, jam your finger in there, get a chunk of it on your finger, then smear it across your cheek. That should do the trick.

Product info
The product came with zero info for use. So far I like it but SOME information would’ve been helpful.

Slightly tinted shine ?
I was really looking forward to this. Here’s what I know:-It’s over priced-There’s almost too much product-Not a lot of tint for tan skin. It ends up looking greasy- Doesn’t work over foundation unless you plan on a short lived look.-There’s not a lot of clarity as to what this is actually supposed to do. Is this a highlight ? Blush?I’m only giving it two stars because it smells good.

Don’t bother!
I was so excited when I thought a product made from Bobbie Brown would do my skin wonders, that I couldn’t wait to get it. I thought it would give my skin a rosie glow but it didn’t have any color to it. It was like putting chapstick on my face. It even had a dent in the center but that may have been from the machine filling it. Why is it called Dusty Rose and the picture looks like it has color? Very miss leading.
