I often spend my days working at my laptop for hours at a time. This is when I notice my posture gets bad (forward head tilt and rounded shoulders) and the next thing I know all the muscles tighten up in my neck and shoulders. So, I decided to try the Livamazing neck stretcher, and have found that if I lay down on my yoga mat with the neck stretcher under my neck and relax for 5-10 minutes all those tight muscles will relax and I am back to normal. Not a quick 2 second fix but a reliable safe and effective solution. It realigns my neck and allows my posture to straighten out. The Livamazing neck stretcher also arrived quickly and was well packed. I definitely recommend this product.

I have some neck issues from a previous concussion and some back issues from working at a computer. When they're both bothering me - it's a pain - literally - a pain! and some stiffness and soreness too. I tried this after a hot shower when my muscles are warm and loose - and I think that helped. I also took an ibuprofen and acetaminophen too - so not sure what helped with the pain. It's not the most comfortable thing to lay your neck across but it helps to stretch it out. If that's your problem, then this is a good tool for you. If you have more serious neck or back issues - it's probably best to see medical care (IMHO). HOPE THIS HELPS!

I spend a lot of time with my head angled down while working so often times at the end of the day, My neck will feel a little sore, aka “text neck” so this has helped with providing relief and I love that I can lay with my legs up the wall to reduce inflammation in the legs while relieving tension in the neck at the same time! I usually lay with just a pillow or head flat on a yoga mat. This is perfect because it adds support for the neck at the same time. I love how lightweight it is so it’s easy to pack if wanting to travel with it.

This is firm/hard, not flexible... not sure that it is doing much, i cant handle laying on it longer than 10 minutes at a time due to the pressure. I dont feel any stretch in my neck.

It helps so much ! I use it to align neck and my spine when my back is acting up . Sometimes I fall asleep on it !

This little thing does give a nice stretch to your neck. The padding is firm yet comfy when you lay down on it. It’s pretty basic and I have yet to see any improved outcomes after one week of regular use.Eventually this kind of material will most likely breakdown, crack, and shred so for $21.99 it’s a beet steep of a price for the quality. There are also very similar versions of this around Amazon and I’m sure they work just the same.

This product helped relieve tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. The memory foam is firm but comfortable.
