Not great quality
I usually take an 8.5 Keen shoe so was surprised when the initial pair I received in an 8.5 were a bit small. I reordered a 9 and they were perfect. The shoe is very comfortable in both width and length and the quality is good too. The grip on wet rock is good and so far they haven’t leaked. Looking forward to doing a long walk in them to really test them.I've had these for 2 years now and walked 150 miles in them. The rubber 'bellows' in front of the laces has now split on both shoes and whilst the waterproof liner initially keeps your feet dry after a while your feet get wet. I have looked after these shoes after every walk so was disappointed when they split especially as the split when I was in the middle of a five day trek.Usually Keen shoes are robust however this rubber part is a gimmick that does not work. I would avoid these at all costs!

Absolutely love these
Great walking boots. Really comfortable. Fully waterproof. Lasting well. I walk between 3-6 miles pretty much every day. I've also been training at bootcamp for three sessions per week and I wear them for that too. Excellent quality and highly recommended. For me, the key was to have a boot that was fully waterproof - and these really deliver!

Order a half size up
I'm a size 11 all day long. Every shoe and boot I own is a size 11 and has been for years. However, these Keen shoes were too small and I could feel my big toe rubbing slightly. Ideally I'd have exchanged them for 11½ but, for some reason, half sizes aren't available above a size 11. So, I got some size 12s which are comfortable but I can feel a slight heel slip which might be a problem on longer walks. Hopefully some thicker socks or new insoles will sort this out. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the shoes. No breaking in, nice and light, good grip and very well made. They do look like you could slap an outboard motor on the back and sail across the Channel in them but they are walking shoes and not high fashion footwear I suppose.

Good durable boots
I found this brand / design by chance, attracted by the fact that the toe ‘box’ is made wider than many similar boots. I have rather painful arthritic toes, so a design which provides more room for them sounded good. I wasn’t wrong - they are much more comfortable than my other walking boots. They also seem well made, so should last - and cheaper on Amazon versus eBay too !

Disappointed after stitching failed within days
After being initially impressed by product, sturdy sole, waterproof uppers etc, was disappointed that stitching gave way after only 9 days minimal wear. Have requested a refund.

Soles delaminate
This was my second pair of Ridge flex, and though the first pair lasted two years and probably did a total of over 2500 miles without fault, they did start coming apart at the seams, this second pair hasn't made it past 9 months and less than 800 mile probably. Very disappointed, soles delaminating and stitching coming apart on the sides. Now I have to find an alternative.

Where have you been all my life?
These are great. My feet hurt like hell and with these, it's like I had my feet replaced temporarily. 15/10

I love these shoes!
I live in Portland, Oregon and there's a big Keen retail store in my neighborhood. I tried on some shoes in the store and I really liked them, but I couldn't justify paying the high price. I was happy to see this shoe priced much lower, although I can see that it's an older version that doesn't have the same cushy insole. The shoe is still very comfortable and fits well. I usually wear a size 9 regular width in mens shoes like Vans and Adidas. I ordered the size 8.5 since boots usually seem to run big. I was able to lace these shoes just right, and I can slip them on and off without untying them, and they provide the right fit for hiking and trail running. I don't get any blisters and I don't feel any soreness, even after running 3 miles downhill. The shoe is very rugged and waterproof, and I don't feel any hesitation on the local trails. They are lightweight enough that I can jog on the street in them, although I have to admit that they are much heavier than running shoes and it is noticeable. But if you want to run and hike on the trails (I like to do intervals), these are really perfect. It definitely feels more like a boot than a shoe, and it performs like one on the trails, but it's comfortable like a shoe, and a bit lighter than a full boot. I am looking forward to many many miles with these.

Don't buy it, they are not Waterproof
I bought this boots, because they are Waterproof. After few months I had to work on the roof in 1.5 inches water after raining. The boots leaked inside my feet were wet and all day my feet were wet. The end of the day my feet were soaked through! Don't pay over 130 dollars for those garbage! The seller didn't answer me after my message. The seller is ST3 Group. Stay away!
