I actually order this sofa through Amazon but Amazon kept messing up the order twice it was the most awful and stressful time having tried twice to order it so in the end I ordered the same sofa direct with this company and they got it right first time extremely quick and prompt service excellent delivery driver and have since ordered another chair so I would highly recommend using abakus direct only and not through Amazon!!!

Really good purchase for the price. Delivery was effecient and on time. Delivery team brought the couch right into my living room in 2 big boxes. Easy to unpack and assemble. One hook keep the couch together was slightly damaged and bent inwards whoch made it difficult to connect. Couch looks really lovely and is a good size. You get mulitple firm pillows with the couch which helps with comfort. The seating cushions are firm but not too stiff. Only downside is that they shift easily which means readjustments have to be made often. Very happy with the purchase overall.

My first sofa purchase online so a bit anxious when I ordered this product. I had limited budget for a sofa and this one looked okay. It was delivered well before the expected delivery date. There was really not much to assemble. The sofa was incredibly comfortable and firm enough with 5x big plump cushions and 1x small cushion. Would recommend this product!

It is a very nice sofa, it arrives pretty fast and it’s very easy to put together. It comes with pillows and it is not soft or fluffy, which I honestly prefer…The reason why I gave this 3 stars only it’s because of the delivery! I am really upset!!!1st floor, no lift and I was alone… the delivery guys say they are not allowed to go upstairs and leave the sofa on the hall entrance of the building and run away so I had to bring it upstairs on my own, alone… and all together it is 75kg!!!! … after seeing all the reviews and the answers of the owner saying that they delivery even to the 3rd floor without lift. Absolutely a joke!!!! I broke my back to bring it upstairs and the guys didn’t even offer to help like common sense!! If I should be like them in this moment my rating would be 1 star!! unacceptable!!!!

I was a bit doubtful about the quality in view of its price but I was pleasantly surprised. It is comfortable, the cushions support the back, are firm and stable and the sofa looks lovely.

Item damaged, tried contacting the seller for a replacement or send back for a refund. No contact at all overall quality isnt great although it did come with multiple pillows etc which was nice :)

This is the light grey armchair and 3 seater. Excellent customer service. Delivered extremely quickly and with a time set of 2 hours, driver more than courteous and helpful. Product looks fabulous in my lounge. Well worth the money. Would definitively recommend.

Mine dosn’t quite look how it looks in the photos…Also i’m pretty sure i have been sent the silver grey colour instead off light grey. As the footstool seems light grey compared to my sofa has a hint off blue silver to it so not impressed.Will try get hold off the seller as i have waited way too long enough 4 weeks and in that time i had limited communication from them.
