Q: Can you cut these tubes or request for a small size tube?

Yes, they can be cut using a glass cutter but it's not an easy task if u get the cutter in the amount of $10-13. There are so many different sizes already available, it's rainy NOT necessary to request that. I've seen the following sizes available: 3.5", 4", 5" 6", 8", 10", 12". Hope that helps.

Q: Are these as good as pyrex?

Borosilicate is a type of glass. Pyrex is a company name not a type of glass. Pyrex uses Borosilicate glass to make their dishes. It has a higher melting point than regular silica glass and is more resistant to fracture.

Q: Can this be used as a glass blunt to smoke?

Yes but I would recommend there is no filter or bow heed. Just straight glass. These are ment for blowing glass.
