Stay Away! Machines too expensive to not be able to purchase working replacement parts.
Purchased my Okki Nokki in 2016. Due to the adhesive strip on the tube starting to come off I decided to order a replacement tube. Tube arrived, didn’t fit. As in I had to force the tube into the tube receiver on the vacuume. So tight that it wouldn’t turn freely. I figured it was an oddball manufacturing reject that didn’t get caught. Returned it and ordered another one. Same problem with the replacement. Customer Service at the U.S. Okki Nokki distributer wants me to pay upwards of $150 to send the whole unit to them so they can determine what the problem is. I can tell them what the problem is for free. Something in their manufacturing specs on the tubes have changed since 2016. This of course encourages complete new purchase or $250+ just to replace the vacuume tube. As a side note, I also compared the replacement tube to a friend of mine’s tube and machine. Doesn’t fit his either. The new replacement tubes are faulty. That simple. I’ll be purchasing a new vacuume from another company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Okki Nokki.

If you need a replacement tube for your Okki Nokki ...
If you need a replacement tube for your Okki Nokki or want an extra so you can swap out as they get too wet, this is your only choice. It's the same as what comes with the original Okki Nokki.I marked off a point for the price... I think it's a little inflated for what it actually is, but if you take care of it you will get many years of use out of it.

Replacement Vacuum tubes don’t work on my 2016 Okki Nokki, they are too tight.
I should have paid more attention to an earlier review of this vacuum tube because the reviewer experienced the exact same problem I have. If your RCM was purchased in 2016 or possibly earlier, there is a good chance this tube won’t fit your machine. It is too big for the collar and is extremely tight fitting; you need to push it down on the record surface and pull it back up forcefully. After the second arm I ordered wouldn’t fit I contacted Okki Nokki directly, they sent me a third arm from their warehouse, it was also too tight.

Feeling cheated for a cheap piece of plastic and felt that’s DAMAGES albums.
The felt on the bottom of the vacuum tube was so cheaply made that it scratched the runout groove in a circular pattern when drying with the okki nokki unit. Damaged a few records before I realized. Called AUDIO ADVISOR to get help. They took down my information but never called back. Poor product for $75 and poor customer service!
