Very good box, one of the few on the market with USB 3.0 ports, a total of FOUR! Most similar boxes only have 1 or 2 USB ports and typically USB 2.0 only. If you use the Bluetooth USB adapter for the keyboard that comes included, you will still have three more USB ports available. This is especially important to me as I have several external USB drives with thousands of my CDs and DVDs backed up in FLAC and ISO formats.Comes pre-loaded with essential apps, easy to configure and use, especially if you're familiar with Kodi boxes. Very easy to upgrade to the latest Kodi.I can't think of any features that are missing after using it for some time now. Nicely designed slim compact box, decent remote and a bonus mini back-lit Bluetooth keyboard which works great.So far, so good! Hope the quality is good and it lasts!

I'm a little surprised at the performance of this little guy.. While there are a bunch of set top boxes that are far better, they're also 4 times the price... I definitely wouldn't buy this to play games (Seriously though who buys Android TV boxes to play games lol) but it plays movies in 1080p without chopping or a drop in framerate.. The new version of Netflix does not work with this device out of the box because it is a rooted device (Will not even display in the play store) but you can really find an older version online which WILL work.. Do not let this deter you from buying this box as 99 percent of the set top boxes you find online also do not support Netflix.. It has nothing to do with the box itself, it has to do with Netflix and Google as a whole.. Long story short, this box is the biggest bang for your buck, especially if you're on a budget

The specs seem awesome, but I think there are firmware issues that keep this from living up to its potential. I have noticed this box is not nearly as stable as my other boxes which only have a s812 processor and 2gb ram. While running retro game emulators it seems like I constantly have to restart this thing, where I don't have that problem on my other devices. I also doubt that the USB ports are 3.0, because every 3.0 port I've ever seen is blue on the inside, not black. It works fine with an external hard drive, but when I tried plugging in a second external hard drive it immediately overheated the box and I got a black screen. I have no idea if there is going to be any sort of updates to make this thing any better, but I wish the manufacturer and/or seller would let us know.

Other than not being able to find any documentation and not having full play controls on the remote (it will pause, play, and skip with single button press but stopping requires pressing multiple buttons, and there is no way to simply put it in fast-forward or reverse jog and let it run, but if you use Kodi these functions can be had with the "Kore" Kodi remote app, provided your phone has an IR blaster), it's great. I've had it for several months and I think I've only had to reboot it once during that time. It also has a larger case than other models with this processor and therefore dissipates heat better, so it doesn't lock up every time I start watching something (CPU or GPU overheating causes lock-ups during viewing). I'm quite pleased with it and would still buy this one if I had it to do over again.

zero buffer on my low end internet. so it works very well concerning that. if it wasnt for that, i'd be returning it. i still might 1) the LED in front of the box stays in military time. so if that concerns you, don't buy it 2) OTA (over the air) updates does not work. i get an error. 3) when i put in my city and state for the weather, it put in the wrong area and i can't change that. 4) the notification bar on the top does not stay down so i can click on it. 5)no response from the seller at all.

Works great. My 3 meg DSL service is a little slow for it but It still works. Definitely need to know some computer skills. Not for everyone in some ways. I did a software upgrade and it took awhile to get it back were I wanted it. For the money its worth what you get. Don't think DirecTv will be totally replaced.

I bought two of these TV Boxes and so far I don't have any regrets. They respond quite quickly compared to other boxes I owned and I love the fact that I have 3GB/32GB to play with and a clock you can see in the dark,nice home page also.

It freezes and most times the streams don't work. Some movies are not available even though they are available with the old box I had.
