I want to like this Razor 100% but i may be too wedded to my old one. Every razor has small variations in style that require an alteration in shaving method. I think this razor lacks a certain amount of support for the blade because i could feel the blade skipping or flexing in weird ways, especially when shaving against the grain. But as long as i was careful, smooth, slow, and not using any pressure, it worked fine. i like the texturing of the handle, and the case it comes in with a mirror is a nice touch. Given the price i paid, its a good value. i actually bought it by accident, wanting a top opening razor, but this one is a pleasant surprise despite the weird lack of blade support (meaning that the blade seems to stick out more than my other shaver, it doesnt feel as solid to me). Its probably just technique.

Not only is this product "Zero Waste" friendly, but the seller sends you replacement blades along with your razor!I shave about every other day and have had this razor for a few weeks now and so far no problems whatsoever.It's also very inexpensive to purchase replacement blades and compared to 15$ for maybe about 3-5 replacement heads for a women's razor, this is a way better deal don't you agree?Another bonus: the head doesn't get clogged up, just open the top and clean it!So for anyone who's into the minimal lifestyle, but likes to be on top of their hygiene or bathroom business, this is a fantastic purchase! I would highly recommend to try this at the very least.

Great razor. Have used it for approximately one month. Good quality, for the price a very good deal. Ordered a sampler pack of DE blades and so far I like Astra (green package). This is a good starter DE razor. But I would suggest that any beginners do some research and watch a few videos on how to shave with a DE safety razor. But I must say I get a closer shave than I have ever gotten from todays multiple blade razors. I did not receive this razor as a promo.

I have used this type of razor since I was old enough to shave. I find your product well built and easy to keep clean. My favorite part is replacement blades are inexpensive. For what most people pay for a 5 pack of multi bladed cartridges I can buy a pack of 100 blades and they stay sharper longer and shave closer. I intend to purchase another for my son soon.

Excellent quality and design. A bit of a learning curve to achieving the proper angle but seems to work well so far. Works as advertised.

It's an okay DE. It works well enough, I don't like how it opens to insert the blades compared to other brands though. The blades it came with aren't so great.

I've never used a safety razor before and this was a great apparatus to introduce me to the safety razor world. Great quality, the company provides extra blades. Medium heavy, medium size (I have big hands and they're fine). In conclusion, definitely a great buy.
