Perfect.
Just what I was looking for. Clamp is nice and tight, I didn't even feel the needle go through the cartilage in my ear.I used IV needles instead of the needles that came with the clamp, because the tubing on the IV needle makes it a smooth transition when putting the earring through.

The rings are tiny af for ppl with smal nose buy extra rings with bigger size b4 piercing or ul be stuck like me for weeks untill u can switchbit... I can't get the dam balls on!

Could puncture without needles
The clamp could cause bruising. I couldn’t get the lock to close on it. The needles and jewelry are just fine though.
