Wow - this Janz 20 Inch surface cleaner makes powerwashing my large concrete driveway and sidewalks so much easier and faster than using just the original powerwasher wands. Also keeps you much more dry and avoids all the stuff flying through the air (and all over you) since it has the brush like material surrounding the entire circumference bottom. I did have to purchase an adapter to use initially as the quick connects were 1/4 inch and I had an M22 connection on my powerwasher gun. The quick connect is nice as I did at times connect another nozzle up to hit tight spaces where this couldn't reach.I did have a problem with one of the extension wands leaking. I contacted Janz via email that evening, and within a matter of minutes they had replied back asking for my shipping address so they could send a replacement wand. That is superb customer service! They also asked if I could send pictures of it leaking so they could share with manufactuing.So the concept of the surface washer is great. And Janz definitely stands behind their products. I have other products of theirs and have been pleased as well, so the reason for choosing Janz over some other competitor offerings for this purchase.And a suggestion for sidewalks... Perhaps edge the sidewalk prior to powerwashing. That makes it easier to get to the edges of the sidewalk as you carefully allow one wheel to hang over the edge since the unit is round. Just make sure you don't allow the spinning water rod to hit something if you aren't on flat surface. No problem for me, but wanted to raise a word of caution.I could definitely recommend this product and the Janz company.

Fast clean up

Love having wheels, would work better with a higher rated pressure washer.

I’m glad I went with the larger size. Made reasonably quick work of my 8yr old sidewalks and drive. Looks better than the photo when done.

The media could not be loaded.  In the video I drew some foot markers 1' - 10' to give a good idea of how fast you can clean with this. I have a 3750psi 4.0gpm pressure washer. I would suggest at LEAST 3.5gpm with this unit or it's just not going to do a good job. If you're at or under that I'd suggest a smaller diameter unit.This unit rolls nicely and I managed to clean about 2300sq ft in under 45 minutes. With my old 25⁰ tip this job took about 6 hours. It's amazing how much faster it is. Less fuel used, less water used, less sunscreen used. It did fine rolling over small twigs but I'd suggest blowing off your area before pressure washing if you can. Or you can just disconnect, switch to a wide tip and blow stuff off that way.If I have any complains I'd say possibly the bearing grease in the wheels seems insufficient. I thought I noticed some slight rust color showing already.

It is well built and should last for years. It came with extra parts for future need. The casters are a big plus, making it very easy to move around. My wife used it to take the winter growth of moss off our concrete, and we have a lot of concrete, and it did a great job. Our pressure sprayer only gets as high as 2800 psi.

Made the job go much quicker. Very impressed with how well it did.
