This lighting will really help me with my podcast and video content. The kit came with the two panel lights, two adjustable stands, two desk clamp stands, power cables, and remote. It’s so great that it all fits in a well-padded carrying case and it’s not even heavy. The lights go from dim to extremely bright and the remote makes them super functional when you want to dim or make brighter and when you want to adjust the warmth. I can’t wait to use them more in my videos!

My team originally wanted to use these for video production but we also love using them for video calls. As you can see it clamps onto my desk and has a collapsible stand so it can raise and lower as needed.It’s a great light and I highly recommend it!

In this light kit from Sokani, you get two light panels, two light stands, two desk clamp stands, and a remote control, all contained in a very nice nylon carrying case.The light panels have a very plastic-y build quality so they aren't meant for heavy duty pro use, but they seem plenty sturdy for light use. The brightness and color temperature are independently controlled by two different dials, which makes it easy to make adjustments. The color temperature range is quite a bit wider than most panels of this type, ranging from a very warm 2800K to a very cool 8000K. As with most light panels, the lights are brightest at the 8000K end of the spectrum and about 20% less bright at the warm end (but still plenty bright).The light quality from these panels is very pleasing. The panels illuminate very evenly and the light renders colors and skin tones with reasonable accuracy.As with most lights, the "special effects" are not particularly useful or convincing but they're there if you want to play with them.The lights come with a remote control that operates on a dedicated 2.4GHz channel. The remote can operate the lights based on groups in different channels, which is an excellent feature at this price point. The remote requires two AAA batteries, which are NOT included.The light panels do not have a battery power option. They come with AC power adapters, eash with a small external power brick. The panels have a USB-C port which can be used for power but they do not come with any USB-C cables so you'd have to use your own. The panels have a power rating of 25W so you'd have to ensure your USB-C power source is capable of that if you're opting to go that route.The fact that these can be mounted on floor light stands or desk clamp stands make these very versatile. I especially like and appreciate the soft nylon storage/carrying case with handles and custom storage compartments, making this whole kit store away very neatly and also making it convenient to travel with. The zippers on the case don't have any markings to indicate their manufacturer so they're not YKK zippers but they're smooth and seem like they're decent quality.This kit is an excellent value for money and I'm glad to have it in my video toolkit. It's definitely worth your money if you're a video content creator looking for some good quality, affordable lights to add to your setup.

Not only are the parts cheaply made, but the lights themselves have broken. This is a cheap product and you certainly get what you it for. Spend the extra few bucks and get lights that are better quality that will last, i wish i had

The media could not be loaded. I picked these up to use for reviews here on Amazon as well as videos for other social media sites, and I have to say I'm very happy with them. This is a very good quality set for the money. Just don't expect them to light up an entire room. They're bright, but they work best for fill lights or direct lighting in small spaces. The light heads themselves are nice. The knobs turn easily and make quick work of changing the color temp, brightness, channels, or FX. The LCD screen is bright and clear and shows you exactly what the lights are set to. Both can be set to the same channel, or separate channels, and controlled easily with the remote. The remote has a smaller screen on it that is essentially the same as the ones on the back of the light head. The front of the panels are frosted so the light is diffused and spreads out evenly. I use them mostly for fill lighting, which they do an excellent job of. The power supplies for the lights have long cables and give you plenty of length to move them around the space your using them in. I didn't measure them, but I'd guess it has to be about 10-15'. The tripods and table mounts are solid and support the light heads well. At their max extension they're a little unstable, but that's to be expected with anything like this. They're easy to set up and to disassemble, and store away nice and secure in the bag. The bag holds them quite well, but I'm a little puzzled as to why they didn't include Velcro hold downs for the extension tubes. As they are they can move around in the bag and damage both themselves and the tripods. I'm going to fix this by making small storage bags for them, but something should've been included with the kit.else quite well. The heads are stored on one side of the bag, and everything else is on the opposite side to avoid any damage to the heads. The heads slip into individual pockets. Again to prevent them from banging against each other. The opposite side has a long pocket that allows you to store the power supplies, power cables, and table mounts. It works well. You just need to be careful and make sure not to pull on it too hard. I grabbed it here when the bag was falling off my lap and it caused the end to start to tear from the bag. I show this in the video. My plan is to put a rivet on each end of the pocket to prevent any further tearing. The tripods are secured in place with two wide Velcro strips. The only thing not secured are the extension tubes. Again, I'm not sure why they didn't just add a couple more Velcro strips to secure them as well. Overall, these are great lights for product shots or vlogging or whatever other photo and video needs you might have. I'm very happy I picked them up and I've been using them regularly ever since. At $200 I think they're well worth it. I'd have no problem recommending them to others. Hope this helps.

I was a little skeptical considering how small it was (I'm used to box lights). But as an actor that needs lighting primarily for self-tapes, I was tired of dealing with massive cheap bulky box lights and wanted something more efficient. I came across this and just used it today and I am so impressed about how clear, powerful and bright it is. I love the adjustable brightness and tone and the bag it comes with has whole bunch of compartments and really sturdy to store the lights.

Ich wollte meine Studiobeleuchtung erneuern und habe mich für dieses System entschieden, weil ich keine akkubetriebenen Panels benötige und eine Möglichkeit zum Mischen des Farbtons mit einer Fernbedienung haben wollte.Das alles kann dieses System !+ Verarbeitung ist echt gut. Zwar halt alles aus Kunststoff, aber sehr wertig.+ Lieferumfang sehr groß. Standstative und Tischhalterungen sind dabei.+ Lichtleistung ist sehr hoch. Ich benötige nur 25% Helligkeit.+ Die Transporttasche ist sehr stabil und durchdacht..+ Sehr breiter Streuwinkel und dadurch kaum Schattenbildung.- Die Netzteile geben ein leises Pfeiffen von sich und werden relativ warmFazit: Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
