Is it possible to take a pic of the back side of the box?

Hi,me again. I actually discovered a picture of the back of the box .Since I can't place it here will you have to go to the Amazon page to have a look at it. I also included a picture of the Supplemental Facts label. I hope that helps. The FDA is very strict with what one can put on your product and what must be let out. Picture #3 says 1 serving is 2 capsules and has 300mg phospholipids, so 150mg/capsule, while #4 (composition) says 300mg/capsule. Which is correct?

I think you may be onto something. I import the product from South Africa where it is manufactured by Western Herbals under license from Sanofi-Aventis. Going onto their website (www.essentiale.co.za) it says 300 mg per capsule. In other words the serving size should be 600 mg of essential phospholipids. Thanks for pointing this out.

Does this product helps with hydration?

Hydration is what this product really helps with. Our cell membrane consists out of essential phospholipids. This gets damaged with age, diet ,alcohol etc. It just does not perform optimally anymore. By supplementing with this product, does it help to repair cell membranes. I and several family members also use this product when we have to fly for hours on end. It helps to retain water better and as we now know, does flying really dehydrate a person. The end result is that one just feel a lot better when you arrive at your destination. It also works great for not getting hangovers due to the better water retention.
