I bought this quick-dry, lightweight hoodie to protect against biting gnats and mosquitoes in the springtime where I live. It works very well for that purpose. It also shields my skin from the sun without being hot. It is quick-dry and very breathable. The only thing men should consider before buying this unisex hoodie is that the zipper is oriented on the same side as for women’s clothing, so I had to adapt to that. No big deal. I will probably buy an another one in a different color when these go on sale. Highly recommended.

This moisture, wicking zippered shirt with hood is cool and light weight to wear. I feel protected from sunlight. It has plenty of pockets for travel.

Fits well. Bought Large: I am male 5’11”, 180 lbs. One review says the zipper is oriented as on women’s clothing, not mens’. Maybe true on his but not on mine. The zipper is on the same side we always find on mens’ clothing. Very lightweight which is what I wanted, it is primarily to keep sun off my arms. It might provide some wind-breaking but only very modestly.

The cut is great. A little blousy rather than firm fitting, which makes it airier on hot days. Great hood. Good pockets. Nice color. Love the zipper which goes up to the hood. Wonderful on flights when you need to block light very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for slightly cool weather or breeze, plus protection from sun. Full zip is great plus zipper side pockets and inside pockets a great feature. Price is excellent. Looks great. I have this in blue, light gray and white. Highly recommended.

I bought this to wear on a cruise and it was everything I hoped for. It's lightweight, cool, and 100% protected me from getting sunburned.I wore it the entire day in full sun while in the Panama Canal and even when it got wet, I didn't get burned. Once wet, it didn't take long for it to dry back out either! I didn't get too hot, which was also nice. If you spend time outdoors in full sun, buy one - you won't regret it!

As someone who's super cautious about the effects UV rays have on the skin, this jacket is a game changer. Previously, I would wear a windbreaker which, although worked to shield me from the sun, can get pretty stuffy and hot. This jacket solves that issue for me. It is lightweight, cool, and does a perfect job of preventing UV rays from reach my skin. I also really appreciate the thumb holes and the 4 pockets (outer pockets have zippers and inner pockets are deep). Coudln't be happier for this price.

Just what I was looking for. Won’t protect you from anything but the sun, but perfect for that. Thin, light and breathes very well. I’m 6’ tall, weigh 90 kg, and the XL is a bit loose on me. I wanted it that way to hide my paunch and not hug my body, so it delivered. If you’re slim, might want to go for size L.

Light weight for walking, good fit husband likes it. Would buy another.

Wish it would come in more colors so I could buy more. Very light, easy to pack for vacations.
