EmazingLights Flip Up Diffraction Prism Fireworks Rave Glasses

You thought you were having a good time. Then, you decide to put on these glasses, and the entire world implodes into colors that you didn't even think were possible. Your brain melts and reforms into a superbrain that is hardwired into the universe. Just when you though it couldn't be any more amazing, you flip down the second layer of lenses and the entire world gives you a standing ovation and throws roses at your feet.

They definitely don't feel like $20 quality, but they are sturdy and will hold up to regular wear and occasional dropping. Probably not sturdy enough to accidentally sit on, though. And I do wish the "Emazing lights" logo wasn't so large on the arm - I have short hair, so it's pretty obvious.And the lenses? Well, they're diffraction glasses. They diffract light. That part is predictably awesome.

The picture makes it look like they diffract a lot more colors than they do, but all it does it form a few light prisms when looking at lighted objects. They also didn't fit very well and tended to slide off my face. They were decently built for the price though and they are kinda cool when you're tripping. I'd say get the real kaleidoscope glasses if you want the highest quality these are rather cheap.

These are fantastic! Having the double diffraction is amazing at shows, especially when the visuals and lights are trippy. They don't particularly over-saturate your vision, so you still get a pretty good view, and a fair amount of depth perception. I've tried on other glasses that make it so you can't even take steps forward, and I've tried glasses where the diffraction was not strong enough the lenses were too foggy. These are a happy medium in between, and they're well worth what you pay for them.

So, I thought these glasses would have different lenses- the normal glasses having no effect, then full effect when you flip them down. this, however, is not the case. with the lenses flipped up, there is a prism effect. when you flip them down, there's DOUBLE the effect. Not saying that's a bad thing, just not what I expected and could get overwhelming.

If you want to see rainbows, buy these. I love that it has 2 levels of intensity with the flip up layer too. Sometimes 2 is awesome, sometimes 1 is just right.

Bought these after trying my buddy's (different manufacturer). I was excited when I got them, only to find out the glasses were super cloudy and scratched. Also the build quality was not great. Quickly returned them.
