The launcher works great and it very comfortable. Great buy

Cons-They are delicate and should only be put in clip and left alone-thats the bad news. The Good news- Pros, they work- really well when it broke open in my appt, due to how delicate they are made; my appt for a week was just awful to live in.

Very effective packs a powerful punch that lasts a long time.

What can I say, they're Byrna. I have to assume they function as described as I'm sure not going to test on anyone. I will say I think they're pretty pricy for just 25 balls but kinda defeats the purpose if you don't have these.

When I got mine it was in an ordinary bow with room to slide around. When I opened the vile and dumped the pellets out one had apparently split opened and the powder got on my hand and a little went airborne. Let me tell you this powder is extremely irritating. I was coughing and sneezing for about an hour. I thought I had was it all off but apparently not as I had touched my face and 12 hours latter it still feels like it's burning ( very little). BE CAREFULL!

Dear Customer Service Team,I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the products I recently purchased from your company. I bought two Burma SD launchers—one for my wife and one for my mother. While I was initially disappointed to learn that there were no meaningful rounds sold with this item, I accepted it and proceeded to purchase your new Max pepper balls, spending over $100. Unfortunately, this purchase has resulted in multiple dangerous incidents due to what I believe to be a defective product.Upon receiving my order, I opened the packaging only to be immediately exposed to a face full of white dust from an apparently compromised pepper ball. This incident left me incapacitated and required immediate cleanup, during which I was exposed to the irritant a second time. Despite the ordeal, I proceeded to load the launchers, believing this was an isolated issue caused during shipping.However, the problem persisted. While driving my wife’s car, I removed the magazine from the launcher and was again met with a cloud of white dust, completely contaminating my vehicle. This resulted in another severe exposure to the irritant, requiring three and a half hours of extensive cleaning to remove the substance, during which I was exposed yet again.At this point, it is clear that the product is defective and poses a significant hazard. The pepper balls appear to be compromised, rendering them not only ineffective but dangerous to handle. This is unacceptable for a self-defense product meant to provide security rather than cause harm to the user.Given the serious nature of these incidents, I request the following:A full refund for the defective Max pepper balls.Compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle and the time spent on cleanup.A resolution ensuring that future customers do not encounter the same dangerous defect.If no satisfactory action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by filing a formal consumer complaint and pursuing legal action against your company for distributing unsafe products. I hope to resolve this issue amicably and look forward to your prompt response regarding how you plan to address this matter.
