This tracker is just what I needed
This fitness tracker is just what I needed. The size is good for my small arm and is comfortable. (I can't wear the other larger bands) It has the reliability and accuracy of the Garmin technology. The coordination with the app is easy to use and provides good tracking information for steps and heart rate. I like the reminder choices and phone message alerts. The battery also lasts a long time.

Great fitbit alternative!
This is turning out to be a great fitbit charge replacement, the battery life is amazing without spo2 (1 week+), but pretty poor with it on continously (2 days), and the app has lots of great data and made switching apps super easy. The watch being separate from the band means it's can replace just the band if needed, where my old fitbit the actual watch housing broke where the band pin locks rendering it useless. The tracking of activities also seems much more accurate too.Definitely worth a buy!

NOT for small wrists!
My wife tried using the watch for about 2 weeks. She has small wrists and noticed right away the watch size from top to bottom was larger than her wrist, causing it not to fit properly against the skin. Still, she thought it was going to be OK so continued to setup the app and began using it. The watch wasn't counting her steps correctly if at all. Even with the band pulled so tight it left marks on her arm, the sensors didn't seem to register properly. At night it said she didn't get any sleep, when walking, it registered sporadically. The battery only lasted about a day and a half even with the blood/oxy function set to off as instructions mentioned. We think that was due to the sensors constantly lighting to try to get readings when not contacting her wrist. She had trouble reading the watch face as it kept switching back to other functions in the middle of what she was trying to read. Even the out-of-box experience was difficult as the instructions were unclear about getting it out of 'demo mode' and we had to resort to using the internet to learn how to get it going normally. The watch came with a special cable to plug into the back for charging, but it terminates in a USB -C plug and does not come with a charger. New devices that use type C have always included a USB-C to USB-A cable. We had to purchase a charger that included the C jack just to charge the watch. This was not mentioned in the description and came as a disappointment when we tried to use the watch originally. As I write this review, I'm changing my rating from a '2' to a '1' remembering all the trouble we had using this watch.

Not bad for the value
This was one of the many sports watches I've tried over the years. I liked the small form factor and that there was not as many "smart" things you can do with the watch. The battery life was adequate, but not as good as other watches.

Great alternative to Apple
After my Apple watched bricked I decided I’d like to go back to wearing a nice regular watch and use a bangle like fitness tracker. This is as close to a bangle I could find. I like it. It’s light, small and you can buy other colors of bands. Its step accuracy seems good and it holds a charge for about 6 or 7 days. Very simple to use.

Not So Good
Not a replacement for FitBit, sadly. I parted ways with G**gle, and was looking for something that worked at least as well. This tracker seems to be more accurate than FB in some of the metrics, not as accurate in others. I don’t have a problem with this one’s ability to measure. The battery life is ABYSMAL. They claim 7 days. I’ve yet to get it further than 24 hours, and that’s with all of the controls disabled that run it down. Energy saving is maximized on my device and still…. I can’t use it the way it’s intended. There is no Bluetooth option to disconnect the device without unpairing it. If you have your phone’s Bluetooth on to use earbuds, then this device will connect and stay connected. To save battery I have to unpair and then reconnect when I need to synch data. Their Connect app is very confusing. There’s no food log within the app to track calories consumed with calories burned. They’ve got a weird formula that allows bonus points for calories burned through activity. To log food you have to connect another app like Lose It or Myfitnesspal. Pretty darn fussy. Not impressed so much but am glad it’s not the other guys and that’s worth it.

Average tracker, bad app organization
I purchased this Garmin tracker to try instead of a FitBit as those seem to break approximately every 1.5 years for me. After about 9 months, here's my list:PROS:- Very lightweight- Easy to clean- Holds up in water for extended time- Lots of data on app-Able to receive phone notifications/calls- Great battery lifeCONS-The Garmin app doesn't have a section to enter foods/calories to see a complete daily snapshot of health. You have to get a second app to add in food, which still connects to Garmin anyway. Inconvenient.-Tracking is not always accurate. The tracker doesn't have a setting for sleep and automatically picks up on it. However, being a new mom who needs naps, it didn't count any of my naps in the sleep section. On FitBit, I could manually plug when I was laying down for a nap.-Issuss in programming. I found my tracker continuously asked to be synced even if I had just synced it a minute before. I unpaired it and factory reset, but it still happened. I also found it didn't accept when I started my day. I would click the morning pop up on the tracker, then when I went to check my watch hours later, it would pop up again.Notes: I was using this as a general health helper and not a training or heavy duty exercising tool. Overall, I'm glad it is a nice pedometer and watch, but the tracking technology and app design could be better for average uses instead of excess information I'm not sure is even calculated correctly. 3/5 stars.
