Sweat Waist Trimmer Trainer Belt Wrap Belly Sweat Band Sauna Slimming Belt for Women Lower Belly Fat Plus Size

I'm really into my sweat band! I could use a smaller one since my stomach is getting smaller. I slather on some Vicks, throw on my band and waist trainer, and I'm all set. I'm sweating like I just stepped out of the shower!

I'm 230 and it fit me great. 5'10

It says it’s up to 4x - 5X but that’s simply not the case. My 3x fit like a medium. I couldn’t even get it on.

I sweat a little but honestly wrapping seran wrap would work just as well. It’s comfortable and easy to put on at first, but it doesn’t stay in place. Fits how it should, but rolls when you workout.

Great for working out in, really helps make my belly sweat more. I just wish it came in XS, small is a little too big especially after it’s sweetly and sliding down .

I've used waist trainers pretty much the last 20 years while I stretch and do my light work out and I've loved the results. I usually use the kind that wraps around you with Velcro but I ordered this one because I couldn't find the material it's made of in a wrap around one. When I first got it I was like how am I going to get this over my thighs and butt without it being stretched out and loose on my waist? But I got it on, it seems like it's not that tight for a couple minutes, but then I guess the heat from your body like molds it to you and it is absolutely skin tight but WITHOUT the pain of the wrap around kind where it's almost cutting into you. You DEFINITELY will sweat and see results even if you don't use it too much. I didn't realize how uncomfortable every other waist trainer was until I got this one and now I see a good waist trainer doesn't have to hurt lol this is the best one EVER!!!!!! I'm like 140 lbs, 34-28-38 and got the small. It does seem like you won't be able to get it on but you just pull it up kinda like a tight skirt but on your waist lol I LOVE this thing

What I liked about this product is that it does its job. It makes you sweat and everything which is great but a huge downside is that it does not grab to your waist and stay put, it rolls up.The main issue was putting it on and trying to cover the bottom of my chest down to the waist but it was hard due to it always rolling up. If you have wide hips and trying to put it below that, you are going to have trouble and not be comfortable with working out.Using this product while working out is tight. When I run on the treadmill with this on I feel like it adjusts when you are breathing and then it squeezes you which is very difficult to run while having this.
