It's strong enough to withstand our pair of border collies for a few months! We always buy this toy every time it wears out. It's soft on their mouths and yet withstands their tussle over who gets to bring it back to the thrower. It's the best dog frisbee we have ever found! And if I throw the frisbee on its side it lands and rolls quite a ways on our laminate floor. I do this a lot since we play with the frisbee in our house. We have space to do so, by the way, without hurting anything. Don't play in the house if you don't have a place to throw it of course! But the materials used for this frisbee are just perfect for the task it is intended for. We have taught our dogs not to carry the frisbee to their beds for just chewing on it. We don't allow that because it will last even longer than if they did that. We have other objects for them to just chew on. But this frisbee does not chew up easily!

I ordered 3 of these so we'd have backups, we tend to toss them on our roof and into the neighbor's yards! Not to mention our little blue healer can destroy a frisbee in a few days if it isn't super tough. Fortunately these are tough! The slots in them make them great to throw and retrieve. We've gone through 10 or more types of frisbees and this one has been my favorite. Kong makes a good frisbee but there are no holes so it's more difficult for the dogs to pick them up and they are a bit heavier, not at "catchable" for the dogs as these!

Ordered1 n within 3 days he had it torn to bits. He is 8 month old Golden Doodle around 50 lbs. So i accepted a replacement. He TRIED to do the same thing to the replacement. So if u get this for yr fur baby make sure if they are chewers they arent left alone with it. Only playtime playing fetch then when done put it up, otherwise they will have it chewed to pieces. Other than that it flies great and pretty durable if u dont have a chewer 😆, made of rubber.

Because of the bladed design, as this toy reaches a certain trajectory, it loses its flight path and loses glide.A solid disc continues it flight path even through the decline, but this one SUDDENLY veers off its path at the top of its flight as air flows through the hollow parts of the toy.So basically you are powering the 1st half of its flight, and it loses all glide at the 2nd half.For a smaller area, this is a non issue. If you are planning to use this and utilize the whole size of a baseball field, for ex., you'd be disappointed.As far as durability, just don't let your dog use it as a chew toy, and you'll be fine.Use it as a FETCH toy, as intended.

There is nothing wrong with this flyer, it was just way too heavy for my 6lb. puppy. I didn't try it out because I was too nervous, if he got hit with it by accident, it could hurt him. If you have a larger puppy/ dog give it a try, it's very well made and would probably also be a good chew toy.

This seems to be sturdy, but as many others purchasers have noted, it is very flawed as a dog retrieving toy. 1) It is heavy, and does not float on the air like a regular Frisbee. It won't fly straight no matter how I flip it and it won't go far. 2) It is absurdly heavy, and if it hits your dog, it's going to hurt. Your dog won't be catching it in his mouth either! 3) It is very flat and hard for the dog to pick up.

Too heavy so as it hurts dog mouth. Too thin for dog to pick up from floor, he bit and broke it immediately, came warped which never straitened even when placed on cement / sun fir hours. My dog himself didn’t want to get this one and kept playing with the other 4 we have.

My Dad ripped apart the other frisbees, so this HOLDS UP. I have a 40lb black lab that likes to destroy things, and this doesn't even dent with her chewing. We use it everyday in the pool and she loves it. The size is a bit big for her, so I wish there was a medium size, but other than that its perfect.

Il est un peu lourd et pas trop facile à faire planer, mais avec la pratique et un fort lancé on y parvient. Mon chien l'adore il est très robuste et flexible. Il ne se tanne jamais d'aller le chercher à toute vitesse. Un excellent jouet pour mon chien, son meilleur. Je lui en achèterai un autre quand il sera brisé.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto. De muy mala calidad, lastimó a mi perro siendo de la talla recomendada. Solicité devolución y reembolso pero nunca lo hicieron.
