Cable worked fine for about 6 months until I started having issues with it. No extreme use, just plugged in on my nightstand at night and unplugged in the morning. Now the cable won't charge and when I reached out to request a warranty replacement I was told I need to pay both shipping to send them the broken one AND shipping to receive the replacement. It would be cheaper to buy another one - which is what I'll be doing but with a different company that will actually stand behind their products. It seems the warranty is designed to discourage people from using it. You have to send the cable back, wait for them to approve or deny the claim, and then send a new cable. In addition to paying for shipping. I can't go weeks without my primary charger cable.

I use this cable to charge my cell phone each night. It is a well built cable that seems to be able to take some abuse. It is not a flimsy cable or too stiff, but is flexible. I have been using this cable for several months and it should last a long time. The connector continues to fit well into my phone after repeated use. I would purchase again.

Serious cable! While it is immediately obvious that this cable is "military-grade", it actually appears to be boarder-line indestructible (as many items advertise this feature, I actually believe it here). One thing that really shocked me is that you can also form the cable. I have a habit of keeping things really organized and systematic (OCD). With this cable, I can snake it through all the devices on my desk and through the console of my car and it stays perfectly! I also have a wire tie around every single cable I own (OCD again...), so it was really nice that I didn't have to go out and buy another tie because this product actually comes with one: a really nice one too. I can definitely see the need to have multiple USB-C cables in the future and have already decided I will only be buying more of this exact cable when that time comes.

I bought a Syde cable for my Galaxy S6 and I loved it. Unfortunately, when I upgraded to the S9+, I found out that they use a different USB cable (USB Type C). So naturally I checked to see if Syde had that style and they did. Still the same durable quality, and the 5' length makes it easy to charge my phone anywhere. I found that the new USB connector makes a more solid connection on my phone, so I don't think I will have to worry about eventual shorting that I've had in the past from other cables. If you are looking for a solid "combat" cable that will take a beating, definitely give Syde a try. You won't be disappointed. It's the only cable that I will buy.

I literally can't express my frustration enough with this charger. I bought it when I left my laptop charger at work one Friday and needed it to charge my computer to get work done over the weekend. This DOES NOT charge my computer while it is on. The battery continues to drain, if not faster. The only time it charges my computer is if it is closed or off, in which it takes almost an hour to reach even 10%. Upon turning on my computer after a while charging it reads 100% but then drops down to 10% after 5 minutes of use. When I first received it and reached out to customer service they said I must have gotten a faulty cord and sent me a new one. The same thing happens with the new one. It is not the cord that is faulty, it is the product.

I have blown through too many cables for my LG G5. I came across this one. It was more expensive than others and not as long, but saw how durable it was so I bought it. I made the right decision! The cable is not too thick, but feels extremely durable. It is just the right size for everyday use. The cord will last you quite a long time. You feel thr quality in this case a few extra bucks can get you, and those few extra bucks are worth it!

Product is VERY heavy duty and these last MUCH longer even than OEM cords. I have bought a number of them for different devices. I have only had one failure and the company was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had a replacement cord under warranty within several days without any hassle! Highly recommend these. I WILL be ordering more.

Lovely long and very strong cord, wouldn't you know it, my LG G6 doesn't take the universal Samsung cable, that fitted my previously wonderful LGG4, if it hadn't boot looped I'd not be writing this today, but the new phone needed a spare cable, so I'm really glad I bought this, its super long, and I know this might sound a little girly, but I love the pink gold color too.
