This is my second Brevity Lee clothes steamer. The first lasted about 3 years after high use from being loaned out to friends and families. Worked wonders in prom dresses etc. re ordered and the first arrived faulty but Amazon quickly replaced. This steamer does the job and it is the only make that would purchase.

Seems ok, not much to it really, will use for travelling

I hesitated to buy a garment steamer from a company that has a specialism in sandwich toasters but I took a chance because the reviews held up and I had already road-tested a highly recommended Philips which wasn't that good and another well known brand at a cheaper price point. I'm glad I took a chance because I don't just like this steamer, I love it! Creases fall out easily and I can steam quite a few garments without having to top up the water reservoir. The lead is a little bulky but I found an easy way to handle that and as with all steamers be careful not to hold them too near the steam outlet and take your time when using as steam burns are very painful. Easy to use with different settings for different garments. A really good buy especially as I got this half price on Amazon on sale but would happily pay full price.

Very bad quality product . Turns on but does not produces steam at all . Barely used it, may be 5 times since I purchased early this year . Tried to contact manufacturer with no help at all. Pls avoid buying this product.
