Although this soap makes really black lather, it's working well for my husbands plaque psoriasis. He's using other prescription ointments along with this soap. But, the main things this soap does is give him a way to really soap up the affected areas & get them to soften up so the medications will penetrate to where it's needed. Along with this he does a once a week bath in Epson salts, which also help a lot in getting the plaque to soften & peel off. He likes this soap so much that we have ordered more & will more then likely continue to order it. He does not want to be without it now that he has used it. And, he uses it all over his body, even his hair!

Great soap! Not much smell but leaves your skin clean enough to SQUEEK. Had an unusual bout of hives that lasted six miserable weeks due to drug allergy. Nothing gave me any helpnhealing until this soap arrived. Immediate improvement. Now after three days, they are totally gone. I will always have this soap on hand.

Did its job. Nothing really stellar about it just good soap

I was one itchy 77 year-old man. For a while I thought I was part Bear. I was constantly scratching, scratching my back against anything. After using the product for 2 to 3 weeks my condition has radically changed for the best. I have now purchased it three times I will purchase as long as it is available.

I bought this for my daughter to try. She has palmoplantar psoriasis on her hands and feet which turn into pustules. This soap has made a big difference for her. Stress can still trigger the psoriasis but this Coal Tar Soap really helps. Her skin is softer and not near as many break outs of the pustules. She has tried many different ointments and medications but this stuff works. It is a God send. I highly recommend this product.

This stopped the intense itch from atopic dermatitis but must be ok with the smell of coal tar it’s the bar with the least strong smell!

Tried this out since it was cheaper than my usual coal or pine tar soap. It is so stripping. Will take away any natural oils your face may have. Does not have the eczema healing qualities of other soaps. You get what you pay for I guess!
