Inexpensive electric tooth brush. Update
Took a while to get used to the vibrations but worth it. Has a timer which is nice. I usually give it two rounds. My gums feel better after brushing.UPDATE--When it worked it was good but it just quit after a couple of months. Won't be buying again.

Only 2 brush heads.
The image shows 3 brush heads, I did not see a number of brush heads in the description so I went with the picture. Only received 2 heads. Decided not to send it back because my son needed a toothbrush and it was a decent price.
