I had concerns about ordering a custom window seat cushion coming from China who knows when.I was surprised when it arrived before the due date, and quite pleased with the draftsmanship of the item. We ordered it in a charcoal gray and it fits perfectly on the window seat. The material feels pretty good, and it looks great.

The firmness of the cushion support is ideal — firm but with a comfortable level of support that gives just enough when used for seating. And the dimensions are exactly perfect in matching our specs (down to the fraction of an inch). This is custom upholstery at its finest. The cushion is exactly what I've been looking for my custom bench in my mud room. The measurements were perfect and the cushion stays in place on the wood bench. I love it. I ordered another one for my walk in closet bench. Also, it need arrive vacuum packed and folded in half so one of sizes was wrinkled and folded in half. Super easy fix, just iron it on the steam setting. Took out the wrinkles immediately.

Ordered a 54” long, and it ended up being about 53” - so that’s a bummer as I needed the fit to be exact. Otherwise quality is better than average and color is nice Sandy beige.
