My previous batches were flat and dense. This new batch is regular bagel shaped and PRECUT! Yippee.

Finally, I get to eat bread again! Low carb and gluten free. Super! I wish they would sell dinner rolls!

Carbonaut has great products, but they could care less about their individual customers.Whole Foods, the one closest to us,is 75 minutes away)doesn’t carry even one of their products, even though CARBONAUT says that they do.I’m not sure why CARBONAUT just doesn’t get it & need to take a page out of ChocZero’s bookChocZero is a fantastic company , fantastic products, & fantastic customer service.So CARBONAUT, I suggest that you take a look at how ChocZero does business & learn from it.Closing your online store was a really really bad move & I’m afraid THAT, , & your lack of customer service or care for your individual customers , will eventually badly hurt your company’s bottom line in the long run.

If you want a high fiber gluten free bagel...this is it. Ita plain and dry tasting but throw on some cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning and it gets the job done!

These are the best keto bagel I’ve had so farMy non low carb husband loves them more than I doThey lack the chewiness but don’t have a weird textureFrom the freezer I put them in the microwave a few seconds then cut & toast

Although we love the carbonaut bread, the bagels were almost inedible. Firstly, they are incredibly thin that makes them difficult to cut. Then they break apart very easily, even when you toast them. We were bummed because we like the bread and miss eating bagels. My suggestion: stick to the bread.
