The media could not be loaded.  I cannot believe this product has so many good ratings. The top part that hold the water just sits on the bottom part. Meaning if you were to even bump it a little ALL the water would dump everywhere. That’s if it even stays in at all. I fill it with water and it doesn’t even hold it. It leaks out of the cracks where it sits on the bottom part. Can’t even try to use it. Got it late and now I have to send it back and wait forever for one from another company (because I will not buy another one like this again). Was trying to help my toddlers cough. Ugh! So frustrated!

Do not order from this company!! The humidifier was clearly opened and used when I received it in its box and it was supposed to be new! The entire unit smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The humidifier wouldn’t turn on after plugging in and putting water in it.

Love the capacity size on this humidifier. With other sizes I find myself constantly refilling. Also love the adjustable settings. It's nice to know what the current humidity of the room is and be able to adjust settings as the seasons change. Do not like that the thing constantly thinks it is empty. Tried messing with the floater and playing with the levels of water and I can't ever seem to make the machine happy for more than a few days. We have a love hate relationship with this humidifier. Better than many but finicky to say the least.

Biggest piece of crap ever! My order was a Used-Like New option and it was repackaged terribly. Everything was thrown in there and the directions were awful. There were no good illustrations on how to properly put it back together or how to operate the various functions. You’re just supposed to guess. On top of that, the unit didn’t sit securely on the base so the first time I tried to use it, it leaked everywhere. I’m returning this junk ASAP!

The humidifier is for our bedroom. I use it at night only. I could move it to our living room for the day, but the distilled water adds to the cost of humidification. During the day I drink water so my mouth does not dry out as it does during the night.

5 stars for this product, WHEN IT WORKS. We have one that's been fully functioning and just fine, we ordered a 2nd that was doing well and then all of the sudden pooped out (it would power on but nothing would come out, though the base was very hot and potentially could have caused a mishap). We returned it to buy another, but Amazon sent us a USED AND BROKEN PIECE OF JUNK. So now we're returning it, AGAIN, and will debate whether or not to purchase a 4th time.

This is the perfect humidifier for our 650 sq ft. Production area where we print exterior window stickers. It is smaller than our last 1970's Humidifier , but very effective. Perfect size to sit on a table. Really does a great job and looks cool & very modern. Highly recommend!! One of my best Amazon purchases to date.
