Perfect for my Trek!

Broke on my first ride with it. Snapped right at the seat post clamp…Update:They sent a replacement last time that lasted a little bit longer than before maybe 15 rides in total but it just snapped on me again half way through my ride. I’m sure they won’t do anything this time since the product lasted more than thirty days…Also what’s up with the weird seat rail clamp? It’s very hard to adjust and slips out very easily. Once I torqued it down realllllly tight it didn’t give me any more issues but fine adjustments are out of the question. My next post will have the normal clamp.

Looks nice. Seat clamp design makes it easy to adjust fore/aft and tilt. Could NOT get it to keep from slipping. Dry, 2 different kinds of carbon paste, 2 different post clamps and as much care as I could use torquing it down, still slipped. Put about 30 miles of single track on it, and it finally broke on a short ride around the block. Failed along the line visible in the 2nd picture.

After few month of use, cleaning the bike the other day, I noticed it was cracked. It was lightweight but unfortunately not strong enough.

It broke, quickly.

Seatpost broke after couple of rides. Poor quality. No warranty.

I bought twice the same product. The part works great and the service from this seller is fast and secure. Will recommend it if you need to but a seat post for your bike.

I bought this carbon fiber seatpost, along with a CF handlebar to reduce the weight of my 9 year old's Mountain Bike; she regularly rides 15-20 mile rides in the hills, and the less weight she needs to drag up the hill, the better. Most kids' Mountain Bikes are ridiculously heavy compared to their body weight (30 lb bikes for 50lb children) so this seatpost as part of a few upgrades I did, helped get her new bike down to 22lbs!
