Not wash and wear
For yrs I bought Lee casuals, apparently they were retired. I was so happy to find these which seemed to be the same. They are in many ways. They do fit on the waist, (yahoo!) They are lightweight and comfy, they are casual but can be dressed up a bit. But they are not wrinkle free straight from the dryer. That's a big deal to me, so probably would not have bought them had I known.

Good pants
These pants fit perfectly and I was super happy about that but I thought that the material would be different since I’m using them for school(it’s still super nice and stretchy). I’m usually a 12-14 and the length was perfect for me (5’4) There is a little bit of gapping around the waist but not that much. Aside from the material not being what I was looking for, I would totally recommend

They fit perfectly!
I needed a pair of business casual pants for a professional training course that required business casual dress. I’m always nervous buying clothes online because of fitting issues, but these pants fit great! I’m 5’7, 140 lbs, and ordered a size 8. They are flattering yet not super tight and are somewhat stretchy around the waist as well. Worth it!

Aren't like portrayed in photo.
They aren't as slim fitting at the bottom as they look in the picture, but, overall I am very pleased.
