A Good Mystery
I've enjoyed Andre Norton's stories since I was in 7th grade - that's been many years ago. I started with her Dipple series and continued to collect her books. Even though Ten Mile Treasure is YA, I really enjoyed reading her non-science fiction books.

Well written as her works pretty much always are
You never know which Andre Norton you are going to get. In this case, its the "young adult" version. Well written as her works pretty much always are, but simplistic and obviously not intended for grownups.

This book is a treasure!
I'm so glad I found Andre Norton. If you like the desert southwest, you'll love this. Norton's attention to detail and accurate portrayal of the desert and the old west, brings a story alive like no other author. Too bad she's no longer with us and producing great books. Thankfully, there is a treasure chest of Norton books on Amazon!

The Younger Set
I muddled through it but it is definetely for a younger set ,about 8th grade & up. The plot was good with edge-of-your seat mysteries, clues & answers. I would recommend it to 8th graders & above.

Not what i expected
Basically a kid's story , not the genre I was expecting from this sci fi author. Sorry I wasted my money on this boring and totally predictable story

Book is for young readers
I wish I knew before purchasing that it was written for preteen readers. I would not have purchesed it. I have always enjoyed Mr Nortons books of which I have read many.
