Finally! I found the PERFECT pill dispenser. I can’t count how many I have bought and trashed right off because they were so cheaply made or used for a brief time before they fell apart. Won’t happen with this beauty. This product is so well made and sturdy. And, as important, it’s compartments are very generous and hold plenty of pills. I will be traveling soon and have no fear of the box not surviving the trip intact. I purchased 2 boxes for my elderly Mom. She is now able to take her own medication instead of having assisted living administer. This has saved her a lot of money monthly. They are easy to open. Can be easily take out and take with you. The box is lightweight. Life changing product.

Stated dimensions: Each Compartment Size: 1.18 x 1.18 x 1.18 inchActual dimensions: h = 1.10; w = 0.900; d = 0.90 to 0.95 (bottom of container is uneven)My insulin pen needles are an actual height of 1.12" and therefore do not fit.It seems like a nice case, if only Sukuos could read a measuring tape.

My husband has several different meds and vitamins that he has to take and all was fine until it required a change to how they are taken. Now, 1 tablet requires 3 times a day, 1 requires twice a day, 1 requires 4 times a day and 1 is every other day. He has some short memory loss and could not keep it all straight. This pill organizer is perfect. I fill it up every Saturday night after he has taken his night dose and he's good to go for the next week. The overall storage holds all 7 days worth but each day's pill box can be removed and carried with him for that day. The pill containers are sturdy and stay shut so they don't open if dropped or stuffed in a pocket. Each days's pills are marked with the day of the week, then AM, Noon, Eve, Night. Each day's box is a different color. To make it easy for him I take out the day's pill box from the storage case and sit it on top so he doesn't have to look for the right box. The price was less than I expected and the product is better than I expected, and - it arrived quickly. I'm very happy with this purchase.

For the most part it's a good pill box. The days/times you should take the meds are made into the box so it won't rub or wash off which is great. The box that the individual days are placed in is very sturdy & seems to be air tight which is a plus. The two issues I have found with this pill box are, 1. The bottom of the individual days is not flat & this has caused me to turn it over, spill the contents & have to start over. 2. The individual days do not lock in to the exterior box so again it can cause the daily boxes to flip on their sides & again can cause the contents to spill during the filling process. The size of the daily boxes are a little on the smaller size so larger pills can be a little tight. I have arthritis as well as tremors so it is quite difficult for me to fill the boxes without turning them over.
