Clamps do not hold the racks in place on my pontoon boat's raling!
I'm extremely disappointed with the SurfStow SUPRax 50053. For the price I paid, I expected a rack that would securely attach to my pontoon boat railing. However, I'm faced with clamps that refuse to stay in place, no matter how I adjust them. The harder I tighten the screws, the more the clamp tends to lift off the railing. I've tried varying levels of tightness, but to no avail.Given the premium cost of these racks, one would expect better engineering. My primary concern now is losing the racks during regular boat use due to vibrations that may rattle the clamps loose, ultimately causing the racks to fall into the water. To add to my frustrations, I've reached out to the manufacturer, Waterbrands, on two separate occasions seeking a resolution or at least some guidance. Regrettably, I've received no response whatsoever. This product does not live up to its promises and the lack of customer support is a cherry on top of a regretful purchase. If you're considering investing in this rack, think twice.

Solid and constructed well.
These are great! They are constructed well and are of high quality. Only issue I have with them is they can wiggle off if bumped enough times.Iโm going to drill two more holes in each on, tap my rail, and add some stainless screws to keep them from coming off.I could see these falling off in rough water or on the freeway. But other than that a great rack for square tubing.
