Added this to the top edge of some baseboard i made, gave it a nice little aesthetic upgrade. It's a subtle but noticeable feature, really goes a long way towards giving things the custom look without the price.The stuff adheres well to wood, I was even able to wrap it around corners without causing stretching or blemishes in the material. I got the end of a putty knife hot and pressed it on the edges of the corner.... it's perfect.I would recommend cutting with very sharp scissors or a razor. If you snip the ends it'll chip if you're not using very sharp cutting tools

I needed an inexpensive way to update my bathroom mirror and this really makes a standard mirror look more elevated and expensive. Easy to use, sticks well, and easy to cut.

The mirror in the bathroom had some areas around the edge that had lost the “mirror effect! This worked perfectly and now the mirror looks even better with a gold frame!

I used this to go around the outside of my builder grade mirror in my apartment bathroom. After debating the width, I settled on the thinner size and I'm happy I did. To install it, I started in the corner of the mirror that I thought was most visible and cut a 45 degree angle (mitered edge). From there, I used a finger as a guide to adhere the strip down the side of the mirror as I went, only taking off about 6-8 inches of backing as I went. When I got to each corner, I made a small crease to mark the edge and cut it with standard kitchen scissors. I then cut another angle and butted it up to the one I just finished, going around the whole mirror. It was fairly simple, but tedious. In my opinion, it came out great. The only thing I would recommend is using a back permanent marker to "color" the edges that you cut black. The inside of the black strip is actually white. Since I put this on a mirror, it is very easy to see the inside of the miters, even though they're just about perfect. Had I colored the portion I cut black, you would not be able to see that I cut the corners.

I used this as a border or trim to enhance the new backsplash, which I love. It is not a very flexible for what i ordered it for. so now i need a wider border in beige/brown/gold

Product was easy to apply and cut to appropriate length, had to paint over it didn't know it would be that glossy. Still loved it
