We have a 6 year old Bulldog <Sophie> who has severe allergies to Chicken, Grass, some Trees, Bees and some other stuff that not only do I not know what it is, but I can' pronounce. She also is prone to Bladder Stones.She has to eat a prescription dog food <kibble & wet> for her Bladder Stones, and can't have Chicken <any poultry> which is extremely expensive. We love to give her treats, so needless to say we've searched high and low and wasted a lot of money on products that claim to be Chicken Free.I stumbled upon Blue Wilderness while looking at Rachael Ray products <which by the way is a great food for dogs <and cats too!> who have allergies! Our Vet would have approved for Sophie if she didn't also have the Bladder Stones.>, and I decided to give it a try.I first ordered the Biscuits for Sophie...the Denali and the Bayou Biscuits. Sophie LOVES them! I bough several bags of all the flavors that don't have poultry in them.Last week I came back to order more Biscuits and saw these sticks, so I ordered a few bags. Sophie LOVES these!!!Now - if you are like some people, and hings that stink bother you - stay Fer away from these LOL!! These Sticks, and the Biscuits STINK to the high Heavens! And I mean...Stink. Stank. YUK I gag almost every time I open a bag. I don't know why these stink so bad....but I got over it because Sophie absolutely loves them. I put all of her treats in a big giant cookie jug... and she's so smart that when she wants one....she'll go sit in front of it and stare at the jug.I took the Biscuits and these Sticks to our Vet, and he approved all of them.Yes these are more expensive then say...Milk Bones or a box of Ol Roy Walmart brand cookies....but Blue Wilderness treats are SO much more healthier for our dog and I will continue to buy these as long as not only are they good for her, but as long as she loves them.Sophie's a part of our family....not just an animal.Thank you Blue Wilderness for thinking about a healthy product for our animals!

We adopted a 75lb Labradoodle who has severe allergies. We're still working on pin pointing the culprit but in the mean time I have tried to put him on a very limited diet and that includes treats. He loves these and they don't contain poultry, grain or beef, all of which we're trying to avoid. My only complaint is that they stink, but otherwise they're great! If your dog struggles with certain food allergies these might be the treat you're looking for!

Received the item today (1/24/18) with a best if used by date of January 2017 !

UPDATE: Hassle free return THANK YOU AMAZON!There is a white substance that seems to be growing on the product in the sealed package. Looks like a fungus or something. Noticed after opening the first bag. Expiration date is Nov 2020. Threw it away for fear it would make my dog sick. Will try to return the other two bags.

The treat sticks were covered with something white and smelled horrible. In the photo on the right you can see they were darker and thicker than the same treats I buy often in my local store pictured on the left. I couldn't give them to the dogs and tossed them in the trash. Maybe they were stored improperly? I won't purchase again online.

Lord have mercy! The dogs LOVE this stuff. Buy these knowing you are giving your dog a quality product without the poisons. I had to put them on restriction or they would eat the whole bag. I have bought Blue dog food ever since my first pup got cancer, 5 years ago. Amazon has the best price for the wilderness products. Amazon, you rock!

Being a Pet Care-Giver, I see many pets during the day. I notice what treats owners give their dogs. These were popular with different clients so I decided to do research on ingredients (I’m picky) and see how our Maltese & Malti-Poo like them. Well, these are the favorite! I can line up 4 or 5 different treats and they will take these every time! Our Malti-Poo knows where the bag is and even goes to the cabinet to ask for them!Treats always come fresh in the bag. There are many in there which makes it VERY economical. I recommend these for sure.

These used to be awesome! But the last two packages we received look and smell moldy, even though it says they don’t expire until August of 2020. Buyer beware, I think the seller might have changed or just received a bad shipment.

I tried these because my dog has issues with poultry (allergies) and these seemed a good alternate. She seemed to like the first one (possibly because it was different) but is now somewhat ambivalent now. It was worth a try, but may not buy these again.

these are softer than most sticks, they are not hard, My dog likes them sometimes and the next time offered he walks away, he is very spoiled and picky. I have had other dogs in the house and they loved them so I guess it is just my picky one that turns his nose up at times. I do recommend them and quite a few in a bag.

Our Boston can hardly wait for the time of day she gets this treat. She follows my wife around and if our Boston was younger, I’m sure she would leap into her arms when she senses the smell of the treat. Great training tool!

The treats are incredible all my dogs go crazy when they hear the Dog treat bag rattle ! You know something is great when your animals react like that, and the ingredients are a huge bonus !!

Was ok. My dogs weren't too impressed but they ate them lol.
