Perfect amount of magnesium
Great product. I've tried so many magnesium supplements that usually end up causing me to have an upset stomach. This has the perfect amount blended with calcium and Vitamin D. I take 3 after dinner at night. It has eliminated leg cramps (charlie-horse) and helps me to sleep well at night. Highly recommend!
