Effective
I found it to be effective. I’m not feeling as bloated or gassy as before I started using it. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it’s only one each day. The bottle is easy to open but 3 times larger than it needs to be. Bottle stands 4 inches tall and the capsules only fill 1 inch of it. First time I purchased it I thought the bottle wasn’t filled correctly at the factory.

Very Good and affordable !
I have been using this product for 2 years now. I have tried many different ones. This one seems to work best for me. I am no longer bloated and more regular. It’s not a cure all and you still have to eat correctly but it has def helped me. I like the pills are small and I only need one. They are affordable and look clean despite Nestle buying them out.

Going on faith here.
That's with most supplements, I'm going on pure faith here. I don't know if it's working but it says it has pre and post biotics which I haven't done before so we'll give it a go and it's a good brand.
