Personalized Mug Photo Custom Mug

This is my 2nd order within a month. I purchased my first one for my nephew and as I said in a previous review I was going to purchase one for my other nephew. The first one I received was white with a black font. The one I received last week was white with a blue font. It's absolutely perfect!!! Again, I could not find the same font on either cups. Both have at least 20+ different fonts on each cup and it's really cool. Honestly I can't see why anyone would give this company less than 5 stars?!?! I didn't get a discount on either of these purchases; I rely on other people's reviews. My mom saw them and her thoughts are she's going to purchase one for everyone in our family; that's a whole lot of people, for Christmas because they are so unique and personal. If you're looking for something personal and unique don't hesitate! My family will be back for more!!!

BUT i MUST SAY, I WAS A BIT CONFUSED THAT I DID NOT SEE THE MUG WITH THE PHOTOS ON AT THECHECKOUT..I WAS WORRIED THAT THE PHOTOS WERE NOT ACCEPTED. THANK GOODNESS YOU SENT ME A LOVELY EMAIL SO I COULD RETURN IT WITH MY WORRIED QUESTION. IT IS A GOOD IDEA IF WE CAN SEE IT AT THE CHECKOUT IT HELPS. I ordered this mug for my mother-in-law (with a photo of my son and his dog). Delivery time was fast, the mug was higher quality than other options I've seen. The photo was printed nicer than I anticipated. The mug is a fantastic conversation piece, as if she didn't talk enough. I may send her a few more once she gets home.

Lid leaks a little bit, which was, of course, disappointing because the mug itself was made of a fantastic, porcelain type material, but very durable! The picture came out very nicely, too.

The mug appears to be reasonable quality for the price, and my text and graphic turned out perfect. My high-res graphic looked pixelated in the Amazon customize window, but it printed at full quality. When I set up the customize graphic, the upper part of my graphic was cut off by the top of the window, and I thought (expected) it would be clipped. It wasn't. So if your graphic does extend above the window and you want it clipped there, be sure to do so yourself.

The picture looked so small on the cup, I could almost use a postage stamp and would of been the same size .I thought maybe no matter the size of the photo you guys could size it up to look good on the cup, of course without being blurry. I thought common sense whoever did the cup could see it looked small.We just lost our dog few days before I ordered it. As a Christmas gift for my husband I wanted to have something special he could open on Christmas day. But now I'm left feeling embarrassed. I'm dreading it but hoping he sees it was from my heart. With a month away from Christmas it makes me want to cry..Just wasn't worth it . I prefer not to give a star at all but it's asking me to rate it..That's not fair !

I bought one of each of these for my grandchildren. I'm putting them in a gift bag with some K-cups of different flavors of hot cocoa, apple cider and chai tea. I know they'll love them They love hot drinks and will be able to make their own in these gorgeous cups with their names in many styles and in beautiful colors (turquoise, green and blue) The cups came quickly as well.
