Japanese cooking stuff!
Having attended an Indian cookery evening class for weeks, I am able to able to reasonably proficiently turn out Indian dishes. But the call of the wild and the promise of exotic tastes of the orient beckoned to me, so I ventured into Japanese (vegetarian) cuisine. Miso soup (ramen) is an absolute delight that I can use these noodles in, but they can be used in so many other dishes. They are nicely packaged in individual bundles wrapped round with tape and they cook very quickly. What’s not to like?
