I purchased this as a gift and the recipient loves it! They report that the pillow is very firm, but the memory foam molds nicely to their head and neck. The cooling gel also works nicely and kept them cool in 90+ degree temperatures and helped them sleep better. They also said that they "didn't wake up with sweaty hair". The removable case is a nice feature and goes through the washer and dryer on the delicate cycle with no issues and then goes back on nicely.Overall, this was definitely well received and the recipient certainly recommends it!

When I started having arthritis issues with my neck, I ordered three of these memory foam shaped pillows. Of the three, this one really fit the bill for me. It is neither too soft nor too firm. I now feel much better every morning after sleeping on it.
