Q: Charged it all night and it's still not working. Does it need to charge longer or do i need a replacement? Have only had this a few months

My suggestion before you go to the trouble of returning it, is to move it to a different outlet and try to charge it again. Had mine about the same amount of time and it charges up great.

Q: How do you clean the hose?

Boil some water, then let the tubing sit in the water for as long as needed.

Q: Is there a listed flow? How much per minute?

Didn’t notice any “listed flow“. My answer would have to be “plenty.” Especially liked the predetermined amount buttons.

Q: Where can I get a juo cap

I think it was a typo. Jug cap, maybe? Anyway, it fits over the cap after you peel off the label and punch in the middle of the cap.
