This watch, for me, was an epic fail. I had originally meant to compare 3 watches, but couldn’t get this watch to stay connected/bound to my phone, so there really wasn’t any data that I could use to make comparisons. I bought the watch primarily because I was interested in the health monitoring/tracking. Measurements in heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure are of much greater interest to me right now than using a watch as a fitness tracker. I’ve been dealing with long haul covid issues and used to be extremely athletic, but have been forced into a much lower movement oriented state. So I was hoping to be able to observe this data on a frequent basis. To be fair, the manufacturer does state clearly that if you need accurate measurements, this watch shouldn’t be relied upon. But I was still curious what the watch might be able to measure, and how accurate those measurements were if I compared them to getting measured in a doctor’s office. However, I never got a chance to find out, because the watch kept getting unbound. I would try to re-bind it, and I would get error messages, asking me to “try again later.”Another thing to note is that the watch uses the metric system. I had to consult Google for calculations when entering the initial information (weight, height etc) because they don’t give the wearer a choice (as my other two watches do).I’m also including a picture of the newly received watch. (The first watch I ordered was a return, as the box was open and unsealed. I sent it back and did receive a new, sealed box.) You can see that there are some black marks on the band. I was able to remove them, after scrubbing with dish soap and a dish scrubber. But I find it strange that a new watch would arrive in this state.When the watch was bound, I was able to receive text messages and phone calls. However, since it un-bound itself so quickly and frequently, this was also not functioning for me on a consistent basis. The price of this watch is at a lower price point than most of the watches that I was looking at. But I guess I was hoping for at least basic functionality. Unfortunately, that just didn’t happen.Edit: the seller reached out to me to try and rectify this situation, so I am raising the rating a couple of stars for customer service. They assured me that this was not normal for their watches, and asked if they could send me another watch. They also mentioned that you can change out from the metric system on the app: Me>Unit Prefer. So I don't want to deter people from trying this watch, as it seems like their customer service cares quite a bit about customer satisfaction. And that is something I do look for when I'm trying out a new product. Since I already have a Smart Watch that is working for me at this point, I'm not going to take them up on their offer of a replacement watch. But again, I am comforted by the fact that they really do seem to care about the quality of their product, and about customer satisfaction.

My Wife is happy and so am I !

This is a nice looking and comfortable watch. However after about a month of use, the battery life decline dramatically. I have not made a full day of charge in a long time. It will not accurately read my blood pressure, or heart rate as I keep getting the same exact reading every time even after exercise. I have read that some of these devices struggle to work accurately on darker skin tones. Maybe that's it? I'm already looking for another watch or just maybe not.

Works great holds a charge for a week or two.
