Where has this been all of my car-washing life? I love, love, LOVE this extendable wash brush! It's absolutely perfect for reaching the top of my SUV, as well as making the full width of the windshield easier to reach. The microfiber pad is very soft - no need to worry about it scratching or marring the paint. And I especially love the fact that the pad is fully removable - allowing for machine washing as needed.I highly recommend this extendable microfiber brush to anyone looking for some help with reaching the top of their SUV or truck while washing. It's a much safer alternative for you than trying to stand on a wet step stool - and it's a much safer alternative for your car's paint than using a traditional bristled brush. Great product - so glad I purchased it!

This product doesn’t have a problem but using brush to clean dusts for your car is not a great idea, because the brush makes it even worse, it doesn’t work very well, dusts on the brush stuck on it and won’t go away you need to clean the brush often time which is annoying and wasting times

Great brush just a little awkward while using due to movement limitations on the head.

Makes easy work of truck/SUV roof washing. Although easy to use overhead, does not really clean verticle surfaces deeply due to decrease in pressure you can apply due to reduced leverage. A small price to pay for the overall reach it provides.

**UPDATE**I was contacted quickly after posting this response and offered either a refund or replacement free of charge. Since I do have a real need for a product like this I've opted for the replacement. I will update this review after it is received and I have had a chance to test it out.**ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW**Well... it looks like the picture.... and the brush head is indeed microfiber. It does telescope and rotate as advertised, however there are some pretty terrible design flaws. I suppose as a duster this might make sense, but not for washing a car where water and soap is involved. The locking mechanism to prevent the head from rotating while in use is decorative at best. The brush head flops around under only slight pressure while wet, in fact once this thing is wet it can rotate under its own weight depending on the angle. The end result is that you have to hold the brush head in position with your hand in order to use it to wash a car (or anything) making the telescoping pole and extra reach irrelevant. Also, the grip on the handle is just a bit of foam and not secured in place so this thing slides around while in use.Look elsewhere.

Its great when not wet! When washing your car the tip moves in Different directions ! does not stop Rotating on its own

I like the extendable handle - very smart! And the large head is great. But the head is stiffly flat, and doesn't follow the contours of my car's body style very well. It's okay, but you need a very deep bucket - one of the 5-gall types - to soak the entire head.
