Works well for gnats, mosquitoes, moths, even houseflies!
I bought this product in 2023 and it still works great for me! I have kept it right next to all my houseplants ever since. It’s beautiful and works like a charm! Figuring out what to use to fill the ball with was a challenge, but I think it’s so cool! I came back to find the replacement sticky boards for this product (I had a very big pack to last me and it sat in storage for a few months). Too bad I can’t figure out what ones to get.

Does not work as anticipated
Product does not work as well as I expected. Bait pod moves with the magnetic force so liquid attractant not properly secured to avoid leaking. Not sturdy either. Had to place adhesive rubber anti slip discs. Probably won’t slide if on a more textured surface but mine was needed to be on glass shelves. It’s put together and used so that’s the only inconvenience for not returning it. So far Katchy brand one is the best from my experiences

Didn't work for gnats
I ended up with a small infestation of gnats. The apple cider vinegar leaked out of the lure and after about a week it only "lured" 4 gnats. Returned.

It actually works!
We were plagued by the miniature life-destroyers this summer and one night I had had it. I bought this after reading three reviews and prayed that it would annihilate the fluttering beasts! I tried to use red wine vinegar and the gnats looked at me with smirks on their faces and I could hear their tiny laughs as they zoomed by my head.I said aloud, “oh yeahhhb, I am not giving up that easily!!” Fortunately for me, I had the decaying shell of a banana my child pleaded for while at the grocery store two weeks prior swearing they LOOVVVEED bananas and were going to eat them all by the next day.I cut off a chunk of the sweet smelling rot bit and placed it on the device hoping the brains of the wee gnats would lead them to their doom.Within two days, the gnats were dead and stuck to the sticky paper! Oh, the sweet feeling of victory! I paraded around the kitchen celebrating my prowess and vowed to leave my blue glowing light of armor running 24/7. Life is good and you should definitely buy it (or two in case your mother-in-law needs one as well).

Its Okay
We purchased tgis because the gnats were crazy here. It wasnt that big, the installation was easy, it didnt cost a ton of money and it was easy to clean. We installed it, added ACV and let her rip!We left it on for days and it seemed as if the gnats were at an amuzment park that played around it and never got sucked in.So It may work but it didnt work for us

Doesn't work
It's pretty but has no real function.Supposed to add vinegar to the egg thing but it spills through the screw hole.No fly goes near it. Plus it's noisy for something that's supposed to be in the backgound.

It works the automatic feature also works. The vinegar ball not so sure about it leaks.
I have another brand of one of these and I like the way this one opens to remove the sticky paper. I put it next to my plants and it’s great for catching gnats or other small bugs I’ve also seen a fly in it. The design is unique and the cost was good.

Looks super cool (futuristic, even) and delivers on its bug trapping promise!
I like my house clean and always looking nice, but sometimes, some no matter, bugs get in the way! I’ve tried a bunch of other bug traps and zappers, but never liked the way they looked or smelled, which can be especially problematic in a kitchen as well as annoying in a bedroom. So I got this one with high hopes … can and happily report it works best for me! I’m most pleasantly surprised by how cool it looks, the floating orb amidst a blue glow makes it look Ike a futuristic totem. Very zen and relaxing. I have it set to turn on automatically when it’s dark in the room so it even works comfortably as a night light.Follow the instructions. I used apple cider vinegar in cotton balls. After a couple of days the bug trapper had trapped a bunch of pantry moths and gnats, so I’m happy about that, too! I’m quite pleased with this purchase. Get one too and you’ll see what I mean!!
