Interesting read

This book was half about Diana and the rest about the bodyguards personal life that did not apply to Diana !!!

Cover of book has Princess Diana - should have been his pic or his guns. He was with Diana and Dodi for 10 days on a trip and that's about all contact info he has on her - nothing that has not been released before about her fears and accident. Pretty watered down. Then it is all about him and his training, life - which if it is your story, don't come off like you were with Diana 24/7. I never met Diana, but feel I know more than what he says in book which was just a big let down!!

The real title is The Bodyguard. But it seems the title was changed for US & other markets. Mr Sansum’s story is inspirational, just saw an interview with him on YouTube, & wanted to read his book-what an amazing life. For those who were mislead into buying this book, it’s the publishers doing as they probably thought US market would only be interested in Lee’s book only because of his work guarding Dodi & Princess Diana. It would be great if the title & cover were changed back to the UK version.

I think the author shouldn't talk about his life in the book.The reason I bought the book was that I thought the whole book will be about Diana and Dodi but it was not.Iam kinda disappointed. Not enough information about the couple in the last weeks of their life.

This author has had an interesting, accomplished career. However, I ordered the book for Diana's story, not his. I wasn't aware that he only knew Diana for ten days: otherwise, I would not have ordered the book. Only about a quarter of the book was about his protecting Diana. I am so disappointed. I have returned the book.

The author was NEAR Diana a couple times so he didn't have anything to share. The book serves as a self-important profile of guy who boasts about how great he is. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

3 chapters in total about the limited time he met Princess Diana. The rest of the book is his 007 lifestyle. Skipped those many chapters. Disappointment for the whole boring book nothing absolutely zero additional information.
