It's good but too thick. Can reduce the height

The product is good and comfortable but it has got a smell of latex which I found very irritating.The mattress industry claims that the smell of natural latex is harmless to humans.But Even after 3 months of airing out the pillow the smell has not gone.I request the Morning Owl team to workout some solution for this.

Morning Owl is one of those brands that easily stand out when it comes to customer service. I bought their natural latex pillow and though the pillow itself was great, felt size a bit small for me. I called them and they requested an email which I sent. Thereafter, replies were almost instant and they agreed to replace it with a queen or king-sized latex pillow. They will be delivering the product and taking back the pillow purchased recently, all without a question. When a brand professes this trait, you can be sure their product too will be of top-notch quality.

Product is good. As it is latex material it is very good. But I would kept it if it were thinner pillow. I request the company to make a thinner pillow may be 7-8cm height. And please also add pillows for kids around 5cm height.

Bought it mainly for side sleeping, so the height (5 inch) was perfect for it. Though they also have a contour one, I hope they make solid pillows with lesser height for back sleeping(2-3inch) and stomach sleeping(~2 inch) too. Would definitely buy it in the future.
