It’s fairly simple works pretty good quality is not bad would get again

nite and day vision very poor, cameral in one direction shows picture upside down. when you turn it over shows guide lines upside down. Really poor product. loss of money and time.

Camera works great. However had to disassemble and reverse placement of camera as I needed it for rear of truck cab view. Not bumper view. Good quality camera.

It only means it won’t work properly on any car, so if you can find on eBay or anywhere else camera for exactly your car, just do it even if it’s more expensive or harder to get. What about this product - it’s not bad, I like quality and that I can extend any wire in this system (I did it) without loosing anything.What I didn’t like is a camera angle, image on my screen upside down or looking at the sky. I don’t have a spot on my car to fit it properly, so I’ll just leave it upside down, at least I’d be able to use it this way, picture quality is good, not bad with poor lighting, good quality of camera itself, but I’d buy a camera specially for my car

Good picture and everything, but the viewing angle from a flat surface is too low as an by the second picture. It is mounted on a Ford Edge above the license plate at a 44" height. I had to correct with an object wedged between the camera and the body of the vehicle.One can also see from the second picture that it has a rather low side to side viewing angle. Adjusting the angle of the camera did help some, but not near what someone would normally expect.Worst of all. Last night we discovered there is absolutely night vision at all.It's a shame because it does have really good picture, and I was going to make the best of it. But without night vision for nighttime parking, I am going to have to shop for a different option and return this camera.

Camera powered on and after 3 months still works. Can't complain.

I purchased this cam in particular because it looked the cleanest. However i was unable to wire it correctly as it only has one hot wire in the back trunk. You need two spliced together.a) one wire to power the camerab) one wire to send an electrical signal to the display to trigger it to switch to reverse modeEither the cam wasn’t getting power, or it wasn’t telling the head unit to display the image. Either way I cannot see this camera working for anyone.I was able to find the Dual XCAM100 at my local advanced auto parts for $35.00 and was able to pick up in 30 min. It is a high quality camera that has all correct wiring applications and is similar in price.Please save yourself the time and frustration.
