Seem to be working but these are definitely NOT ultrasonic. They make a 3 second buzzing noise every 32 seconds and can be plainly heard if you are within 40 feet or more. It's a bit annoying, but not as much as gophers coming up in my landscaping and garden, so for the price, we deal with the sound.For the price, compared to truly ultrasonic devices, it's a good deal.

Im not sure if it was these sensors exactly, but shortly after I put them out, they got their babies and left. We had a family burrow under the house (causing damage), so we wanted to get them out without causing harm. We tried everything under the moon and then finally these, along with an aboveground one, they moved along. They are solar powered and easy to put in the ground. The sensors detect a pretty big distance. They make a buzzing sound when they detect movements. Worth the money for me.

I purchased this product because I saw a couple of mole holes my front yard.I didn't even know wha the holes came from until I saw a live one going in. At the beginning I thought it was just a one time thing so I covered the holes and they kept opening them. I did this a few time. After a while I figured I need to find something to help.While searching for a solution in Amazon I found several options and this product grabbed my attention. I was skeptical but I read the ratings and I was convinced to give it a try.The stakes were easy to install. The instructions are simple and there was no issue in the devices to working. And after having them for a couple of weeks I noticed there no moles in my yard. The reason I know this is because I covered the ground again and the holes didn't open up again.I am extremely happy with this product and definitely recommend it.

These are supposed to be put pretty far down in the soil, covering the entire spike. And they don’t want you to put pressure on the top solar panel. So I found it impossible without digging a hole and I’m just too old for that. But I decided to put it in as far as I could and see what happened. It’s about 5’ away from an active groundhog hole. I put some leaves at the entrance to the hole and they haven’t been moved since I put this in. I consider that a win! I’ll take it out for the winter but they’re hibernating then anyway. The sound is not constant but regular. Not at all annoying.

I ordered 20 of these cause I have a large property that now has moles because of construction that was done and made them move from my neighbors house to mine. It worked immediately for the backyard. The front yard overall it is working in spots but still having some issues in certain areas. I also put Grub killer down to help these to their job too.

waited to give the review . i think they work great. had mole problems last season not this year ,the moles have moved on their not tunneling under our pepper plants anymore i'am very happy .I did notice that the 70 foot radius we put the mole spikes worked like they said they would but beyond that i see mole holes .

The product arrived well packaged and worked out of the box. But by worked I mean that they turn on and operate as described. The unexpected issue was that it seemed to make the moles dig more. Prior to installing the moles would only pop up every couple of days with one hole here or there. Now after a week of use, the moles are punching more holes in the lawn and have visible raised tunnels across the lawn.Unfortunately we recycled the packaging already and can't return them.

Fir the ones wondering if it works on squirrels. It does. They won't jump this side of my yard like they used to and eat my vegetables anymore. They hear the buzzing sound and run away. They sit in the wall but won't pass it no more. Good job on keeping my vegetables safe now. I got set of 4 and made my own boarder between squirrels and my veggies.

wasted my money

For 2 weeks I thought these had done the job. However the moles then came back and are even digging their holes right next to the stakes. I guess they got used to the sound. So unfortunately this was a rather expensive waste of money. I’m sad as I really thought they had solved the problem.
